Mittlerweile habe ich vom Schrottplatz eine Rolle Kuperlackdraht mit 0,15mm Durchmesser bekommen (Ja, tatsächlich! So etwas wird bei uns entsorgt, wenn eine Firma dichtmacht.).
Ausserdem habe ich meine "Grundausrüstung" zum Spulenwickeln vervollständigt (siehe auch unter "Tipps&Tricks - what do you need to wind coils").
Deshalb konnte ich diesen uralten Lautsprecher jetzt wieder fit machen. Hier die Feldspule beim Wickeln auf der Wickelmaschine.

Meanwhile I got a coil of enameld copper wire from the scrapyard (Yes, ist true! Such things are thrown away when a company is shut down).
Furthermore I completed my "basic equipment" for winding coils (see also under "tipps&tricks - what do you need to wind coils").
Therefore I could now make this old speaker fit again. Here is the field coil during the winding process on the winding machine.

Hier die fertige Feldspule mit 37700 Windungen. Insgesamt ca 8,6km Kupferdraht. Das Wickeln macht aber Spass und war kein Problem mehr.

Alles Zusammengebaut und getestet - funktioniert!
Ein leiser Ton war auch schon hörbar, ohne dass Strom durch die Feldwicklung floss. Das liegt daran, dass auch Weicheisen eine (schmale) Hysteresekurve besitzt und daher jede Magnetisierung ein remanentes Magnetfeld hinterlässt.

Mit 200V Gleichspannung an der Feldspule war der Sound dann aber recht kräftig und gut.

A feable sound could be heard already without current flowing through the field winding. This is because even soft iron has a (narrow) hysteresis curve so that every magnetization leaves a remanent magnetic field.
With 200V DC across the field winding however thesound was strong and good.
